When you boot, is there NO driver, not even a standard VGA, aka, you have no display output. If so, it could be a problem getting vista onto the Hard Drive since you should be able to see something. If you can see something, check out ati.com and download the newest drivers. As for the other ones,

If the user puts the DVD into the drive tray, Vista boots fine. but I would NOT touch a key, and when it would start booting from the hard drive, everything would be fine.
